What is inside the caviar set

• Imperial 30g — Siberian sturgeon caviar from a farm in the mountains of Aragon, Spain. Clean, savoury and elegant; the natural starting point.
• Caviar Premium 30g — Siberian sturgeon caviar from Georgia. Round and creamy, with a gentle mineral finish.
• Osetra 30g — Russian sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii) from Azerbaijan, Halal certified. Nutty, buttery and gently briny, with a firm grain.
• Beluga 30g — Huso huso from Azerbaijan, Halal certified. Smooth, glossy pearls with a deeply buttery character and a long finish.
• Mother-of-pearl spoon — a natural material that leaves the flavour untouched.

How to enjoy four caviars

Chill the tins and open them just before serving, ideally on crushed ice. Move from the most delicate to the richest: Imperial, then Premium, then Osetra, and finally Beluga. Rinse the spoon in cool water between caviars so each keeps its own character. Serve on their own or with warm blinis and crème fraîche, alongside chilled Champagne or a premium vodka. As a guide, allow about 25–30g per guest when caviar is served on its own: the four tins serve four.

The Osetra and Beluga are Halal certified; the Imperial and Premium are not. For a recipient who keeps Halal, choose the Beluga and Osetra 50g × 2 set, where both caviars are Halal certified.
