Description

Beluga and Premium caviar set, 50g × 2

This caviar set pairs Beluga from Azerbaijan with Caviar Premium from Georgia in generous 50g tins, with two mother-of-pearl spoons and a caviar opener, presented in a gift box. Two species and two origins, side by side — a classic pairing that lets the contrast speak for itself.

What is inside the caviar set

  • Beluga 50g — Huso huso from Azerbaijan, Halal certified. Smooth, glossy pearls with a deeply buttery character and a long, satisfying finish.
  • Caviar Premium 50g — Siberian sturgeon caviar from Georgia. Round and creamy, with a gentle mineral finish.
  • Two mother-of-pearl spoons — a natural material that leaves the flavour untouched.
  • Caviar opener — to lift the lid without disturbing the pearls.
  • Gift box — ready to give as it arrives.

How to enjoy the two caviars

Chill both tins and open them just before serving, ideally on crushed ice. Begin with the Premium, then move to the Beluga — from round and creamy to rich and buttery. Serve straight from the tin with the mother-of-pearl spoons, on their own or with warm blinis and crème fraîche, alongside chilled Champagne or a premium vodka. As a guide, allow about 25–30g per guest when caviar is served on its own: the two tins serve two to four.

A gift for any occasion

A birthday, a thank-you or a dinner for friends: at fifty grams each, both caviars can be enjoyed without restraint. For client and team gifts, see Christmas corporate gifts — personalised cards, delivery to each recipient across Singapore and a corporate rate from ten sets.

Halal and CITES

Both caviars are supplied with documentation under CITES, the international convention that governs the trade in sturgeon caviar. The Beluga is Halal certified; the Premium is not. For a recipient who keeps Halal, choose the Beluga and Osetra 50g × 2 set, where both caviars are Halal certified.

Storage and freshness

  • Store refrigerated at −2 to +2 °C.
  • Unopened: see the best-before date on each tin.
  • Once opened, enjoy within 1–3 days.
  • Ingredients: sturgeon caviar, salt, sorbic acid.
