Description
Beluga caviar from Azerbaijan — Huso huso
Beluga caviar is the roe of the Huso huso sturgeon, raised on a certified sturgeon farm in Azerbaijan and prepared to the Malossol standard. Halal certified and supplied under CITES, it comes in three sizes — 30g, 50g and 125g — so the world’s most celebrated caviar can be matched to every occasion.
The character of Beluga caviar
Beluga is among the rarest and most coveted caviars in the world: the Huso huso sturgeon takes 20–25 years to reach maturity. Its pearls are large, lustrous and dark grey, with a rich, buttery character, a deep mineral quality and a remarkably long, layered finish.
Three sizes: 30g, 50g and 125g
- 30g — serves 1–2. A personal indulgence, or an elegant addition to a larger spread.
- 50g — serves 2–3. An evening for two: a generous first course or an aperitif moment.
- 125g — serves 4–6. The hosting tin: a confident centrepiece for dinner parties and gifts.
How to serve Beluga caviar
Chill the tin and open it just before serving, ideally on a bed of crushed ice. Use a mother-of-pearl caviar spoon — metal alters the taste. Beluga is magnificent on its own, or with warm blinis, lightly toasted brioche and crème fraîche. Champagne is the classic partner; a well-chilled premium vodka is the alternative.
Halal and CITES certified
Our Beluga caviar from Azerbaijan is Halal certified in all three sizes, and it is supplied with documentation under CITES, the international convention that governs the trade in sturgeon caviar.
Storage and delivery
Keep refrigerated at -2 to +2 °C and enjoy within 1–3 days of opening. Unopened, follow the best-before date printed on each tin. Every order is delivered free across Singapore, 24/7, in a thermal bag with ice packs.
