Mother of pearl caviar spoon, 11cm
Caviar is traditionally served with a spoon of mother-of-pearl. Silver and steel can give the pearls a faint metallic note; natural shell does not, so the caviar tastes exactly as it should. This 11cm spoon is the right size for serving straight from the tin or onto a blini, and its soft, iridescent sheen makes it a pleasure to set on the table.

How to care for the spoon
Rinse the spoon by hand in cool water straight after use and dry it gently with a soft cloth. Avoid the dishwasher, hot water and strong detergents, which can dull the natural shell.
