Beluga Сaviar (Huso Huso).
Beluga caviar, also known as Huso Huso caviar, is one of the most prized and sought-after types of caviar in the world. It is derived from the eggs of the Beluga sturgeon, which is the largest sturgeon species found in the Caspian Sea.
The Beluga sturgeon can grow up to 7 meters in length and weigh over a ton. It takes around 20 years for the sturgeon to mature and produce eggs, which makes Beluga caviar a rare and expensive delicacy.
Beluga caviar has a distinctive large grain size, ranging in color from light grey to almost black. It has a creamy and buttery taste, with a slightly nutty and sweet aftertaste. Beluga caviar is typically served on its own or with blinis, toast points, or other accompaniments.
