• Smoked Atlantic Salmon Roe 30g — gently cold-smoked, with a soft, rounded smokiness.
• Bloody Shiraz Gin Caviar 25g — First Harvest roe with the flavours of Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin: citrus, juniper and pepperberry.
• Ikura Shoyu Zuke 25g — marinated for 48 hours in soy sauce, saké and katsuobushi, with Victorian wakame.

How to enjoy four salmon roes

Chill the tins and open them just before serving. Start with First Harvest, then the Smoked, the Ikura and finally the gin. Serve on blinis with crème fraîche, on small toasts, over soft scrambled eggs or warm rice, with Champagne, a dry white wine or chilled vodka. Use a mother-of-pearl, bone or plastic spoon, and spoon the pearls gently so they stay whole.
